Throughout these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:
By creating an account on ser23, accessing the Platform, or using any of our Services, You acknowledge that You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between You and ser23.
If You do not agree with any provision of these Terms, You must immediately cease using the Platform and refrain from creating an account. Continued use of the Platform after modifications to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the Platform. In case of conflict between these Terms and game-specific rules, these Terms shall prevail unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Use of VPNs, proxies, or other methods to circumvent geographic restrictions is strictly prohibited and will result in account termination.
You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Indonesian law. You must not be subject to any legal restrictions that would prevent You from gambling, including bankruptcy proceedings, court orders, or voluntary self-exclusion programs.
Each person is permitted to hold only one account with ser23. Duplicate accounts, accounts held by the same household, or accounts using the same payment method may be consolidated or closed at our discretion. Winnings from duplicate accounts may be voided.
Falsifying age, identity, or location information is a serious violation of these Terms and may constitute fraud under Indonesian law. ser23 cooperates with law enforcement authorities when fraud is detected.
To create an account, You must provide accurate, complete, and current information including Your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, and residential address. All information provided must match government-issued identification documents.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Your account immediately without prior notice if:
Upon termination for cause, any remaining balance may be forfeited. Upon termination for administrative reasons (inactivity, business closure), remaining balances will be refunded to Your registered payment method.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ser23 is licensed to operate. Any disputes arising from these Terms or Your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
By using ser23, You irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts and waive any objection to the convenience or appropriateness of such venue.
ser23 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. We will notify registered Users of material changes via email or in-account notification.
